Al Waha, or ‘The Oasis’, serves as an all-day dining haven of gastronomic delights. A tantalising buffet with live cooking stations showcases Middle Eastern and international cuisine with a touch of traditional Emirati flair. The authentic flavours of this Abu Dhabi desert restaurant include local breakfast items such as shashouka, Emirati pancakes and manaish. Dinner features a live grill station offering lamb chops, kofta, steaks and seafood.

Offering icy treats to help you stay cool at this poolside bar as well as popular grilled sandwiches and light meals on an adjoining terrace for casual outdoor dining. By night, Ghadeer restaurant transforms into a romantic retreat, offering a shisha lounge and a menu of local and regional signature dishes such as Jesh Um Al Hala, Faskar and mixed grill Levant style complimented by Mediterranean cuisine inspired from Spain and Italy.
Lunch and evening meals
With its name meaning ‘a gathering place’, Qasr al Sarab Desert Resort’s lobby bar takes on the flavour of a Middle Eastern bazaar. Local food and drinks such as strong Arabian coffee, mint teas, Arabic pastries and dates from Liwa offer distinctly authentic taste sensations. Must-try items include harerowa, ginger tea with milk, shay bezaafaran and chay halib bezaatar, all complimented perfectly by local decoration inspired by UAE culture.
Customised BBQ dinner served to you and your guests in the privacy of your own villa. Choose from an Arabic or Western menu featuring starters such a mezzeh, sushi, sashimi and salads. Mains from our charcoal grill including kofta, beef medallions, lamb cutlets, seafood and grilled vegetables with assorted deserts.

During the cooler months of October to March, experience a Bedouin style dinner with the best that Local cuisine has to offer. Experience Arabic style seating around a bonfire with tents, shisha and a BBQ serving Bedouin and Oriental Cold Mezzeh, Sayadyeh, Kabsah, Bamyeh bil lahmeh and Fattet Jaj with a selection of deserts.
Al Falaj is closed on Mondays and during private events, and its opening times are dependent on weather conditions.
